Mighty Mites Ages 4-6
Monday 3:30-4:30, Wednesday 3:30-4:30 and Saturday 10:30-11:30
This group is an excellent way to introduce young students to the game of tennis. The focus will be on hand eye coordination, footwork, and basic stroke techniques. This will be a fun program that will enhance the student’s enthusiasm for the game.
Future Stars Ages 7-12
Monday, Wednesday 4:30-6:00 and Saturday 12:00-1:30
This group is an excellent way to introduce young students to the game of tennis. The focus will be on basic fundamental strokes and footwork. This class will also teach the student to rally and begin to play points.
Mid-High Ages 12-18
Tuesday, Thursday 4:30-6:00, and Saturday 10:30-12:00
This group is designed for players who have acquired all the major strokes and have match play experience. The program will focus on the continual improvement of stroke production and match play skills. This program will prepare middle school and high school players for school competition.
Junior Tournament Training (JTT)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 4:00-6:00 Saturday 10:00-12:00
This group is designed for the serious tournament playing junior who has a state ranking and is committed to taking their game to the next level. This program will work on advanced stroke production, strategy for match play, and fitness and conditioning. Players that participate in this program are expected to participate in a minimum of four tournaments in a calendar year.
Junior Development Program (JDP)
Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-6:00 and Saturday 10:30-12:00
This group is designed for junior players who are beginning to participate in tournament play. This program will work on stroke production, strategy for match play and fitness and conditioning. This program will also educate players as to what to expect in tournament play and how to prepare for this experience.
Level 3 Junior Tournament Training:
Monday through Thursday 4:00-6:00
This is a new Junior Tournament Training Group that is for the advanced tournament player who is preparing to play Level 3 Southern tournaments. A minimum standing of top 200 in the South in the 12’s, and top 400 in the South in the 14’s, 16’s, and 18’s must be obtained to participate in this group.
*The drills for this group will be customized to facilitate success in Level 3 Southern Tournaments.
