Guest Policy
As of April 1, 2005, CBRC's guest policy is as follows:
- Each guest appearance shall be registered at the Front Desk...where a guest card will be maintained.
- A guest will be limited to 5 visits within a calendar year...dating from the first visit.
- The guest fee will be $5.00 per person. (Ex: two guests on a court will pay $10; three guests will pay $15, etc.)
- There will be no charge for an out-of-town guest (beyond 100 miles).
- If a guest is non-registered and no attempt is made to inform the Desk of your guest, there will be a $10.00 guest fee charged to your account. (Thus, even an out-of-town guest that is not registered will generate a $10.00 fee.)
We are striving to protect your membership privileges...our dues paying members!
Apparel Policy
Proper tennis apparel must be worn on the courts - no jeans, surf shorts, cut-offs or tank tops. Tennis shoes - not jogging or basketball shoes - are also required. |

Club Charge Account
At the first of each month, an itemized statement of charges for the previous month and the current month's dues will be mailed to each member. Payments must be received by the Club before the 26th of each month. If payment is not received by the last day of each month, a late charge of $15.00 will be applied to the amount designated on the bottom of the statement as "CURRENT CHARGES". If your account becomes 60 days past due, you will be placed on a "cash only" status for transactions at the Club. If any portion of the "NEW BALANCE" becomes 90 days past due, the Club reserves the right to suspend all credit, as well as membership rights and privileges. If an account continues in a past due status, the membership will become void. The Club charge system is for the benefit and convenience of our members and your cooperation in its use will be greatly appreciated.
