PRO TIP OF THE MONTH - Jeff Brainard

DEFEND THE DRIVE AND THE LOB
It is sometimes difficult to defend against an opponent who drives and lobs the ball well. Players will often look up or drop their back shoulder when they are going to lob the ball, also their non-dominant hand will often be further away from their body when lobbing. Look for these key signs next time you are playing this type of player.

Note from the Director
We are off to a great start in 2012. Our courts are being used in record numbers! We truly appreciate all of the participation in lessons, leagues and open play. We have been hard at work over the last several months making sure all of our member's needs are being met as it pertains to participating in leagues, clinics, etc. Thank you for helping us reach our goals through your playing.
